Wyoming Mountain Lions

This hunt is conducted on private and/or permitted public lands  near Sheridan with 90+% success rate.

Two hunters can come at the same time and each will have their own guide and dogs.

This an exciting hunt starting with locating a fresh track, listening to the dogs work and then tree the cat. The guide and hunter work their way to the treed cat and determine if the cat is large enough to harvest or if another cat needs to be located.

Snow greatly increases the odds of success. This area normally has snow from Nov 15 on but waiting until early December is a safer bet. Also the primary hunting area has an 18 cat quota - when the quota is hit, hunting is shut down. This normally happens in late December.

Licenses are available over the counter. A hunter’s safety card is required if born on or after January 1, 1966.

Includes: 1×1 guiding, in field transportation, meals, lodging, skinning of lion, airport pick up and drop off at Sheridan, WY airport.

5 Day Hunt - $5500 (Nov. 15 through end of Dec.)
