Colorado Mountain Goat – Hunt #15-MG

This outfitter conducts goat hunts on the following units: G3 and G13. This is beautiful Rocky Mountain high country ranging from 8,000 to 13,000 feet elevation. Hunters will need to be in shape to do this hunt.

Base camp is located at 10,000 feet and consists of modern log cabins. Home cooked meals are provided as are hot showers. This hunt provides all the comforts of home after a hard day in the mountains.

Past hunters have enjoyed 100% shot opportunity. The application period is February 15- First Tuesday in April. Applicants need to have at least 3 preference points to be eligible for the draw. After gaining the 3rd preference point, applicants apply for and obtain a weighted point each year which increases the odds of drawing. Non-resident license cost is $1844 plus a $10 habitat stamp.
