Hog bayed by dogs. Florida hog

Travel to sunny Florida to hunt wild hogs on 4000 private acres. No high fences - these are free-ranging wild hogs that  are descendants of the Spanish and Russian hogs brought over by the settlers.

Methods include stand hunting over feeders or with dogs. A common scenario is to stand hunt in the morning and then use dogs the rest of the day. Past success rates have been near 100%. Can use knife, spear, bow, rifle, pistol, muzzleloader – anything except shotguns with buckshot.

A trophy boar will have 2-3 inch tusks and weigh 150 to 300 pounds. Meat hogs are sows and barr hogs that weigh 95 to 200 pounds.

Hunts are held from January through the first week of March and in June and July. Can also be an add-on hunt to an Osceola turkey hunt after your turkey is harvested.

Includes one night’s lodging,  1 1/2 days hunting and 5 meals.  Cleaning, skinning, caping of trophy and quartering are provided in the hunt price.

No license is required to hunt hogs in Florida.

1 1/2 Day Hunt - $600 for two Meat Hogs (minimum of two hunters to book)

- $600 for one Trophy Boar

-  $800 for Trophy Boar and a Meat Hog
