Hunt Booking Procedure

First, choose a hunt(s) that you are interested in. Then call us so we may answer your questions, make recommendations and check for availability. If as a final step, you would like to call the outfitter directly, we can provide you with their phone number.

We will reserve your space verbally, but must receive your deposit via check or money order within one week. Deposits are typically 50% of the hunt price.

In some cases, if the hunt is booked more than a year in advance, a 25% deposit can be made followed by another 25% deposit due 12 months prior to the hunt. Payment of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the hunt.

Once we receive your deposit, we will mail you a Hunt Invoice Form; Acknowledgement, Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability Form; and the outfitter’s contact information. No hunt is considered booked until we receive your signed Acknowledgement, Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability.
