Hunt #24 - NW PA Hunting/Fishing Lease

Here is a great place to hunt, fish or bring friends, family or clients for get-a-ways throughout the year. The property consists of 750 acres made up of agriculture, timber, ponds, food plots and 2 miles of Conneaut Creek running through it. There are over 20 tree stands in place and available for deer hunting. A membership allows for the usage of the lodge throughout the year and the harvest of one buck, one doe, two turkeys, varmints and fish steelhead and musky). There will also be 4 guided waterfowl hunts - 2 for ducks and 2 for geese.

A limited number of guests can also hunt for a trophy fee of $1000/buck, $250/doe and $300/gobbler. Hunting for stocked pheasants, chukars and quail is also available for a fee. Guides and dogs can be provided - no charge for guides as they will work for tips.

The lodge is over 3000 sq ft and has a fully equipped kitchen, six baths, sauna, two fireplaces and can sleep seven. Four dinners are hosted per year as part of the membership. These occur in July for the woodchuck hunt, September for the guided resident goose hunt, October for the guided duck hunt and November for the archery deer hunt.

Other nearby attractions include Presque Isle State Park, Waldameer Park, Millcreek Mall and Lake Erie. The lodge is located 10 miles from Elk Creek and Walnut Creek which are famous for their steelhead fishing.

Only six memberships will be sold. The cost is $6000 for an annual membership. There is also a $50 /person housekeeping fee per visit. The membership year runs January 15 - January 14.
