Colorado Antelope - Hunt #44-PA

Click on a photo to see a larger version.

This hunt takes place in Colorado’s best antelope units - 3 and 301. Past clients have not only seen LOTS of antelope but have had excellent success rates on bucks 14 inches or better. Hunting is on private ranches and by spot and stalk.

The outfitter has limited landowner vouchers so hunters that book early are assured they can get a license. Licenses can also be obtained via the draw process. The best odds of drawing are with the “private land” option versus the general unit tag. In 2010, the private land tag only took one point to draw and 40% of applicants drew the private land tag with no points. The cost for a non-resident antelope license is $329. The application deadline is April 3, 2012. Anyone born after January 1, 1949 must have a hunter education card to apply – Colorado accepts hunter education cards from other states.

Includes 2×1 guiding, meals and lodging. Hunt dates are October 1-13, 2011.

2 ½ Day Hunt (3 nights) - $1800 if you draw the license or $2300 with landowner voucher
